In Pharma book (dr.kd tripathi) drug used in pregnancy Safety uncertain/unsafe-Artemether, Artesunate,Primaquine(X). Safer alternative -Chloroquine, Mefloquine,Proguanil,Quinine(only in 1st trimester),Pyrimethamine+Sulfadoxine(only single dose) Sir please explain,aap bol rhe h antifolate drug nahi de sakte in pregnancy
