Good content. Providing your thoughts is great. Wondering if adding some additional examples with concrete situations or/and making videos about your theory with visuals and tables/structures.

The topic of two of your direct reports having problems with each other is very tricky. I found that while it's true that you can't undermine the direct report that is causing an issue, you do have to acknowledge reality or you lose the trust of the other direct report. It's a tough balance and never easy, especially if it's not a one-time problem but more of a character trait.
