26:07 that means if a company has more than one MD/WTD/Manager they never appoint any Non-Exe director . Because in Non-Exe position they mention only "if has one , if has no MD/WTD/Manager.🤔

Nahi bhai. Agar 1 ya zyada md/whole time hai. Toh 1% of np is allowable
