Very informative. But how can we allow lower-level managers to have less of human skills because they are the ones who encounter with employees daily, I think the way it sounded it's like they are going to apply human skills when communicating with other managers on the higher level?

At lower level,the job description is more of repetitive and involves less of human skill involvement,but higher level managers need to use more human skills as they have to lead and motivate other employees! Thanks for watching!
