Great breakdown ⚡ Congrats on your progress so far! I'm aiming for barista FIRE ($500K) at this point. I want more flexibility while I'm still young. FAT fire would be ideal, but I cannot imagine working as I do now for much longer 😅

Congratulations on becoming a millionaire!! Big milestone. Love how you told your journey-from over 100k in debt to millionaire. Impressive!! Gives me motivation to continue on the journey.

Thank you! I never once mentioned I’m a millionaire in the video because I want people to really focus on the process of making FIRE. We still got work to do 💪

What % do you place in individual stocks vs. Index/ETF? I typically stay pretty light on individual stocks.. around 5-10% of investments. The rest is index/etf

Assuming a steady 8% yearly gain is very optimistic. The SP500 on average can increase about 10%, but there can be bad years where a market downturn takes 5-10 years to recover to its previous high.

I will be eligible for some of the Roth conversions after 5 years. I did a video on it here: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/jd2YrddqlcC2ink.html
