Bipolar disorder and anxiety are something that I’ve had in my life for many years now, and routine is just one of the things that really help me manage my mental illness. In this video, I talk a little bit about me and the reasons why routine and understanding your circadian rhythm are so sensitive and important for people who are dealing with mental health issues.

Bipolar 2 here….a Routine is extremely important. I take my medicine at 8:30 pm- go to bed at 10, 10:30, and try to wake up at 6:30am. It does help somewhat.

I've never been diagnosed with bipolar disorder but I've had other diagnoses. There was a time where I was working a lot of nights and evenings and a really crazy work schedule. I worked in healthcare it destroyed my mental health I've had numerous mental breakdowns in life both of which were preceded by sleep deprivation. Having a regular sleep schedule has done so much for my mental health

has anyone noticed a lot of bipolar women on here have these dark eyes? I have been told I have the same dark eyes while in episodes. I can almost spot the bipolar before reading the title. That being said, my mom is bipolar 1 and she has blue eyes lol. I digress.
