We can hear that this is frustrating. Please send us a message about the difficulty removing your prescription from the mobile app. Then we get started on this.

Can’t verify on app and store employees are too lazy to do it inside. The most cumbersome app process I’ve ever experienced

Why did you break the pharmacy part of the app? no more notifications of prescriptions being filled, nothing. it just directs me to the website.

"ALL" of my prescriptions (years worth) have disappeared from the app '&' the website. Not one single Walmart person, whether in person, on the phone or on line has a clue as to why it happened or what to do about it. 'DO NOT' think your information is in anyway safe with Walmart since they are obviously clueless as to what they are doing.

Yeah worst app ever, always shows no prescription history no matter what. Biggest retailer in the world puts no resources into IT and it shows.
