Yes Dhruv it is heart wrenching to see all the destruction Enroute to Manali . I hope we learn to live with nature and vow that ‘ NEVER AGAIN’ would we let it happen. Out Manali looks fabulous as ever. You’ll have exhaustive check lists

05:32 is not where the landslides struck the prevalent route. That's very old route, which was used in 60s or even older than that. The new route is through a nearby village joining the NH again. Secondly, we can't dictate the path the river takes, rather it dictates our movements and livelihood. If I'm not wrong, the river changes it's course after major flooding in areas that are quite wide, as seen in the vid when you approached the Green Tax Barrier. ✌🏻Peace!😊

Iam fine..Fortunately I was able to get out of manali before the disaster stuck,currently iam trying to rebuilt the cafe.we will be back soon...

Over tourism and reckless construction in mountainous areas will yield such results; still remember the first time in Mannikaran Sahib back in 1998 when one had to almost walk all the way as vehicles could not easily go beyond Shat... very few people and full shanti times. Now, they have made a mess of these eco sensitive zones , not the first time Himalayan valleys have seen nature fight back and push people and their stupid structures out of the way
