On the Manali-Leh road, around 7 km ahead of Jingjing Bar, the road was closed due to sudden flood at around 12:00 pm on Thursday night due to continuous melting of glaciers from the hill. In this flood, two trucks and a bike coming from Leh to Manali got stuck in the debris. The soldiers of Border Roads Organisation rescued the biker after a lot of effort.
