हिमाचल प्रदेश सही माइनो मे पर्यटकों के लिए स्वर्ग है। अच्छी चौड़ी सड़कें, सुंदर गाँव व घर, अच्छे होटल और सुविधाएँ हिमाचल को संपन्न प्रदेश बनाती हैं । इसके उलट उत्तराखंड मे धर्म का प्रभाव बहुत ज्यादा है। हिमाचल मे जैसी लोकेशन पर्यटक स्थल हैं, उत्तराखंड मे वैसी लोकेशन धार्मिक स्थल हैं, जिस कारण से उत्तराखंड कम संपन्न है ।

Wise decision my friend. I did this route, i.e. Kaza-Manali around 15 days back, 6 Sep 22, we left Kaza in the morning at 6.30 AM, reached Manali at our hotel in Prini at 4 PM. Did this route on my XUV 300, my car’s underbody bumped around 7-8 times from Losar to Koksar, the off-road trail. The 1-1.5 kms that you did, was a good bit of this route, route ahead is way more treacherous than this. Wise decision indeed to take this U-Turn. Kudos! 👏🏼

I went to Kaza by same route 10 days back. Things to take care of :- 1. Do not take small car. 2. Off road starts from koksar and is for 70 kms till Losar. Post that till kaza the road is absolutely fine. 3. Google map shows 6 hours from Manali to Kaza but it actually takes 10-11 hours 4. While on 70 km off-road, you come across only 2 small places Chatru and batal. No where else you would get any help on this stretch. 5. Start early morning to reach Kaza by evening. 6. The journey is itself a pure bliss. Enjoy !!

Good video. Dont lose hope. Let me tell you after travelling to all these areas for about 50 times in last 25 years I was not able to make any videos to help people. This is great still that you made 2 videos to share this. There is no need to go to Rohtang Pass. Its waste of time. Manali itself has multiple things that one can enjoy. Some of the tourists create problems which in turn become issues for future travelers to this place. God bless all and drive always safe and with rules. Always stick to left lane in hills.

There is another route to go to Spiti that you can cover, the road is well maintained on that stretch. The route is as follows: - Delhi-Chandigarh-Shimla-Narkanda-Rampur-Reckong Peo- Khab-Nako-Tabo-Dhankhar-Kaza. The total distance from Delhi is about 810 kms till Kaza but the road is great. This route takes 2 days to reach Spiti Valley and remains open in winters as well.

जून महीने में में भी गया था 20 दिन की हिमाचल यात्रा पर चन्द्रताल झील से मनाली 110 km की दूरी को 10-12 घण्टे लगते है या इससे भी अधिक लग सकते है गूगल तो 3 घण्टे बोलता है इस पर भरोसा ना करे और नेट भी यहाँ नही चलेगा इसलिए गूगल मैप शुरू ही रखे नही तो रास्ता भटक सकते हो ग्राम्फु बाटल सड़क नही है वो नदी से रास्ता जाता है बड़े बड़े पत्थर चटान को पार करते हुए इसमे गाड़ी को बहुत नुकसान होता है थार के दूसरी कोई भी गाड़ी काम की नही है जमीन से गाड़ी का स्पेस ज्यादा होनी चाहिए नही तो बार बार गाड़ी कही न कही चुने वाली है और कुछ न कुछ टूट ता रहेगा ही ओर वहाँ के लोकल लोग बहुत ओवर टेक करते है ऐसे रास्तो पर जहाँ सीधा खाई ने जाओ ऐसा रोड है और ड्राइवर पहाड़ो में गाड़ी चलाई हो वही काम का है शहरों वाले वहां फैल है सुबह 6 बजे अगर निकलो गे तो एक जगह से दूसरी जगह पहुचने में शाम हो जाती है इसलिए जल्दी निकलना चाहिए चन्द्रताल के बाद काज़ा की तरफ़ सड़क अच्छी है कोई दिक्कत नही है केवल कुंजुम पास आता है 10 मालो का वही ध्यान से गाड़ी चलाने का है बाकी फिर कोई दिक्कत नही है और सफ़र बहुत प्यारा रहेगा बर्फ ही बर्फ होगी चारो तरफ ओर दोपहर बाद बर्फ भी पिघलती है तो भी मुसीबत होनी है इसलिए ड्राइवर अच्छा होना चाहिए और ढाला चढ़ने वाली गाड़ी नही बल्कि उतरे वाली गाड़ी साइड देती है यह नियम भी मालूम होना चाहिए ताकि कोई खाई में ना गिरे ऊपर चढ़ने वाली गाड़ी इज़लिये बाकी सफर में बहुत नज़ारे है जो लाइफ में कही नही मिलने वाले है 🙏 केवल चन्द्रताल से मनाली या मनाली से चन्दताल 100 km सड़क ही खराब है , बाकी मस्त है शिमला से चिटकुल - कल्पा - काज़ा - किब्बर - ओर वहाँ से चन्दताल तक। जीवन के ये अनुभव कभी वापस नही मिलने वाले है पहाड़ो में यात्रा सुबह 5 बजे से प्रारंभ कर लेवे ओर शाम होने से पहले वहाँ पहुँच जाए रात को यात्रा बिल्कुल ना करे 🙏

Going to kaza via Shimla - - Rampur Bushahr is a better option. Good roads and lots of places to visit as well. The section of road from losar to koksar is probably the worst road I have driven on.

Wrong decision once again by returning back to manali from Rohtang via Atal Tunnel. You should have continued further from Rohtang pass via Marhi, Gulaba amd Kothi to Manali (51kms) That is the original and very very beautiful route from Rohtang to Manali.

Road condition fr Atal Tunnel side towards Spiti Valley is really bad, u should take the route to Spiti Valley fr Shimla side. That route is good and remains open for nearly 11 months in the year.

Spiti ka Route Generally Via Shimla hota hai and As District, ye Lahaul&Spiti hai... aur Via Manali, Lahaul Valley aati hai firstly. Buses b Via Shimla hi Kaza k liye chalti hain generally that's why spiti k boards nhi lge hote hain via Manali

Traveled between kaza to manali via kunzum pass in 2015 it took us 2 days ... at some places there was no road . There was snowfall on the way ... it is very risky .... only cliff road between pangi and kisthwar can beat this road in adventure ... lost 2 tyres of thar and front brakes

this was a surprise to know that spiti valley - kaza are connected by a dirt road. How HRTC buses go to spiti valley and kaza? thanks for sharing, you are right we shouldn't rely on google maps completely as often it is incorrect or outdated.

The better route for Spiti you should have taken via Shimla and Kinor. The Manali route is famous for reaching.Leh though it is under construction. That’s why you didn’t find. Spiti board at the highway.

Such an honest admission. I understand you never researched online before planning to go Spiti via this route. In case you want to go to spiti, go via Shimla route. Else if u want to go this route, leave early around 7-8am from Manali and have proper support on your vehicle. And as usual, great decision of not going to Spiti because you were very late and it was risky.

we took that route from Manali to spiti valley last week ended up wasting a full day just by traveling 30km due to bad road conditions plz don't trust Google maps and take a better route from shamli to kaza 🙏🙏
