@@ControlZ- Except He isn’t like a Januzaj, Rashford, Greenwood ect. Manoo possesses qualities that players in his age group have no business having. One being maturity. The kid has a natural instinct for scanning, controlling the tempo and finding space in as little movement/time as possible like a veteran would.

I first watched him during the preseason games and I remember saying to my dad, “Dad, there’s this kid in the midfield who’s something else. Can’t wait till you see him.” He got injured before the season started and my dad didn’t even know he was a part of the team. A few months later and my dad comes to me and says, “I’ve never seen a kid with so much talent in a long time, you should see him.” And I responded, “That’s the kid.”

Couldn't agree more with you. Even though he's so young, and I'd usually say for young player to relax about them and don't get carried away. But Mainoo has something special! I get the same vibes as when I watched a young Rooney, Bale, Ronaldo and Pogba, he is going to be a star. I've been watching Mainoo for the reserves and he looks like the complete midfielder, but it's hard to judge at reserves level, so I'm really happy to see him transition so well to 1st team football in the Prem and he still has bags of potential to improve further which I have no doubt he will

He was born and raised in Stockport, in England, so we’re not giving him back. 😉😆. It’s nothing personal my friend, it’s just that Britain was a nation formed by continuing invasion & immigration going back to pre-Roman times. I fear that by setting this precedent we may lose not just our entire football team, we may lose the entire population as no-one can find the original inhabitants of the island (the Picts), in our gene pool nor indeed where they may have got to. 🤷‍♂️

Watching him in the academy was a joy. He keeps it simple, and his composer is elite. He gets compared to Roy Keane a lot, and i see why. The kid is pure class, and i hope United takes care of this kid.

In today's game everyone is trying to be flashy and dazzling with every move they do on the pitch but due to that simple efficient players like Busquets and Pirlo are missing which is what Kobbie is doing he has the technique and composure of a veteran and excels at decision making and the simple things.

We've been in this position in the past. Let's not raise expectations, let him perform consistently for a few seasons before we call him a generational talent. I think Maino is a generational talent. I believe he has the potential to be one of the best cdm’s the world has ever seen.
