It could be cos of the pressure from the terraces, media etc. They are not given enough time to develop, and, most managers cave in eventually to the outside influences. Fergie was a different animal, and stuck by his beliefs. The Board was full of people with football brains back then, they could see the direction Fergie was taking the Club and they persevered.

they are like 16 and 17. a lot of them train often with the first team anyway, but they need time and space to develop. Should not be rushed.

Most of Citeh’s youngsters might be playing first team footie in next year or two when the club is relegated to the Isthmian League once the verdict comes down and Pep jumps ship as he said he would if he was lied to. Then again maybe he won’t and Manufacturd Citeh will keep on stealing a living.
