You can add more water into instant pot. Set for Delay 20 min and then 5 min. Perfect kanji comes out without adding extra boiled water later. If you want the rice to be cooked bit more, then just make it to 6 min or more..

Curry leaves can be preserved for almost a month.seperate each stem, wash and dry with tissue paper keep upright position in glass bottle in fridge. It will stay for almost a month.
