My bro and I did something similar on Halloween but stood in gowns on the side of a quiet road in the forest at night, standing about 1 min apart down the road. We stood looking straight ahead like zombies. Got some pretty interesting reactions from drivers! They should try some more interesting variations like that. You can really scare people at night just acting normal even. Fun as well is to get really confused when you pass the same person twice and then act like you're not feeling good and say you don't know what's going on. That can make the people scared as well and think they are caught up in some weird paranormal situation.
