I just had my assessment and am sure I will have to appeal, the lady was defensive, i told her I can’t walk over 50 meter she just kept asking well do you go to shops, I said yes do you walk in shops I said yes but she was ignoring me while o was explaining that I struggle to walk and i have to rest and i need to lean and and …. all she kept saying well you can walk in the shop… so frustrating

I’m going through my friends pip claim now and they said that he was not entitled he has chronic liver disease a brain tumour he’s just had a heart attack and he also has diabetes type 1 with bad eyes and he had seven blood clot’s taken out of his heart. Hi, I need your help, after 2 face to face assessments ,I have been awarded pip enhanced rate for both parts which are so great.lm happy with the decision. But they gave me low points(2,1) in some parts of daily living section , according to my evidence and explanation, what I have expected was more than 2 points , but they have given me 2 or 1 points which is the minimum, l'm not happy with some points I'm wondering if I can ask for mandatory reconsideration to have a look at my assessment to change low points and give me more points? Or I should leave it ?

After working many years with back pain that was getting worse by the month, I was overdosing on tramadol too just to get to work and and it gave me a few hours to work then I would top up as I needed well it came to a crux I just couldn't carry on plus I had an unsympathetic boss who when i was bad he would just take the piss out of me. well I wend disabled 14 years ago approx. the first time i claimed pip it was just before atos etc, and I got high rate carers & mobility then a year later i lost high rate carers but kept high mobility, but every time I have a review they try and cut me down and i fight it each time and win but this time they gave me standard carers and mobility, i did the mandatory with the CAB but dwp stuck to standard carers & mobility and i just cant be bothered fighting now, every time I have had to fight for it, plus I am now in my sixties!

Same I got 6 points I have a deterioration of the knee.I said my kids help they haven’t mentioned that.I said I have anxiety none of that is in her report !!!

I am just about to do this. I got a disgusting letter from them with all these awful reasons not to award me the payment. I just saw my GP and got him to write a letter confirming all my meds and things that contradict what they have said. Should I type the letter out or just send a hand written letter? They alsonsay regarding Health and Safety concerns. They may deem you capable of pushing a button at work, but could you escape if a fire broke out at work with your condition?

Well it's going over 18 months now since I asked for extra help And reported changes that my condition is getting worse With proof documents from the hospital emergency plus from my doctor's surgery full report all documentation recorded plus all calls recorded how dishonesty of the worker's and management playing mental torture of disabled persons suffering and coming to age of retirement pension how the private sector and government pension fund. Example I have worked from time 1976 paid in full national insurance contributions and tax on all previous homes I have lived in.

Are you a qualified medical practitioner capable of giving a qualified answers better than your doctor/consultant? Is it not true that when you agree to an assessment that you could be assessed by a person with no medical training whatsoever and I unqualified? Doesn't that person have to have a higher grade than the doctor/consultant that has already assessed you?_*
