12:10 Suggestion for that part of your collection/shelving: For the unlit portion, you should instead add gold/yellow lighting to it to further signify the immense value of that side of your shelves, as well as to just further differentiate it from the rest of your collection, highlighting them in a sense. It'd be a pretty sick contrast, I feel. I know it might be a lil' bit on the nose here, but it'd also be a super dope, but subtle reference to that suitcase MacGuffin at the end of Pulp Fiction, y'know? ;)

Love this change of content and congrats on the house. A quick suggestion - Artwork on the wall and a couple plants will go a long way with filling in some negative space and making the house feel like a home ;) grab a pothos or a snake plant - they’re very easy to take care of!

Highly recommended hanging up the banners you own. I have a banner hung up behind one of my displays and its incredible. The banner i do own has a plastic brace at the top to hang it so it was relatively easy to hang, not sure how intrusive of a hook or mount you would need for the more conventional banners.

Thanks for the tour. Your collection is amazing. Just like you. When is the housewarming party? A suggestion for a MOC. Re-design the LEGO STAR WARS Twin-Pod Cloud Car. It wouldn't be that big of a project. It's doable and you can do it in honor of your grandmother. Someone should make a life-sized LEGO Ryan McCullough.

If there’s ANY chance of water getting in the garage be careful having boxes on the ground. I’m in Los Angeles (aka the desert) and even my garage floor gets wet during big rain storms)… incredible job getting into a house - any house - at your age. Your parents must be proud.
