నేను సుగర్ పేషెఃటుని. మందులు వాడుతున్నాను. ప్రాణాయామం, శారీరకంగా Exercises చేస్తున్నాను. ముఖ్యంగా 2014 లో కిడ్నీ ఫెయిల్ అయిందని డయాలసిస్ చేశారు డాక్టర్ గారు. కిడ్నీ ఎవరైనా ఇస్తే చెప్పండి. మార్చాలని అన్నారు. అది నిజమో కాదో నాకు తెలియదు. అప్పటి నుంచి (2014) ఇంతవరకు శారీరకంగా PT Exercises చేస్తూ ఆరోగ్యం గానే ఉన్నాను. కిడ్నీ ఆరోగ్యానికి ఏవైనా ఆసనాలు తెలియగోరుచున్నాను. మీకు ధన్యవాదాలు.
