Mandukya Upanishad part 1 is based on classes conducted by Pravrajika Divyanandaprana at Ramakrishna Sarada Mission, Pangot, Himalayas (Retreat Centre) from 05-April to 11-April-2022. There are total 5 sessions and those will be published sequentially.
Pravrajika Divyanandaprana Ji is a Monastic member of Sri Sarada Math and Ramakrishna Sarada Mission. She is a frequent speaker on Yoga / Vedanta and delivers lectures around the World on these topics. She is also actively engaged in bringing the science of Yoga / Vedanta to academic institutes and runs courses at many higher education institutions including IIT Delhi.

Thank you, it is so important to get down to the basics, the foundational history and principles, which you do so well. Without this the Upanishads seem too difficult and remote but you make them accessible to everyone....

Brilliant teaching about simply it intends me to listen few more times to understand he profound of the explanation as it is. what is happiness ..it’s not exciting...that’s awareness of doing is the real happiness..As well said everybody is aiming for excitement & ecstasy which gives happiness but that’s not true...Stillness matters ..your teaching as discussion is extremely great ..Pls upload more videos on sequentially..

Swami Sarvapriyanada , and Pravrajika Divyanandaprana are two of the best translators of this wisdom , and resonate with me totally . Choiceless , effortless , unlimited, infinite , untainted, unassuming ,all inclusive , pure presence awareness . All powerful without objective expression , seemingly empty but totally full , the foundation of all , encompasses an infinite progression of magnitude and all space yet is closer than my own breath. I'am , and feel blessed among all beings for being allowed this knowledge. Death has no more strong foothold , and body has no unlockable chains ,and yet life is still a gift.
