It just makes a huge difference doesn’t it? My boys are adults but still living at home so I don’t make dinner every night. Whenever I do, they always thank me. It makes me so happy to have done it.

When my son was about 3 or 4 years old, I asked him if he wanted mac and cheese for dinner. He said no, I want "turtle weenies". It took me a while but I finally figured out he was requesting tortellini. lol We missed you Mandy. ❤

Keep that little gem and remember to tell him that when he's older, if you haven't already. My cousin drove my aunt nuts when he said he wanted a beep beer poppa wheel. It turned out he wanted a root beer popsicle. They are truly gems!

When my son was in kindergarten, the teacher sent a note home asking me if my son‘s middle name is oyster? when he got home from school, I asked him what’s your middle name? He says Danny oyster, I said no your middle name isn’t oyster your middle name is Royston. It’s a family name.😅

Sometimes I peel my cucumbers but usually I don't. That chicken caesar salad wrap looks so refreshing on those spinach tortillas. My husband and I will be enjoying them soon.

Usually peel cucumbers, sometimes l think makes less bitter. Things are so cooling in your wraps and other recipes. Better for these recipes with the hot days.❤ thank u for trying all these things for us. Hope it was a great time off.

Yep, the hubs and I are just sitting here watching the creamy greek pasta salad recipe and when you told Ziggy to remove the grilled chicken from your shopping list, MY Ziggy added it to mine! Thank you for these great lunch ideas; I think I am going to especially enjoy the pasta salad best as I really enjoy tortellini. My hubby will adore the wrap. In Greek, according to my Greek friend it is pronounced "sud-zee-kee". Whatever way it is prnounced it tastes fabulous! Your homemade one was terrific in my estimation. We enjoy the way you eat.

Yep, I can't stand the peel of a cucumber, so I peel my regular cucumbers. However, if I am making some Mediterranean dishes with cucumbers, I will use an English cucumber, and then I don't peel it

You can use a ceaser salad kit to make the process even quicker. I've used the kits to make all kinds of wraps/sandwiches

You are correct about Caesar flavor. Sometimes it overwhelms the dish. Just dress it, don’t drown it. I also, peel my cucumbers but not always. It depends on the type and the thickness of the peel or what it is going in. You said tzatziki correctly the first time tah-ziti. Thank you again for your efforts. Love n hugs to you all.

When I want a wrap with Romaine lettuce, I use my Romaine like a vessel for the meats/cheeses, etc..I don't cut it up. And then I wrap it up.

Try warming up the wrap (tortilla) on a griddle. It’ll get toasty and taste so much better. Great videos Mandy! Thank you for all you do.

Thank you for sharing these recipes with us, they all look amazing!! It depends on what I am making if I peel my cucumber or not. I use the wrapped European ones and if I don't use it all I just wrap and put back in fridge. Sometimes just for the look I will take a peeler and go down the cucumber on four sides....that gives you a little of the dark green and light green color!

Hi Mandy❣️ First let me tell you how much I enjoyed your living room refresh with Tabby. The result was absolutely stunning. Inviting, cozy and homey. I love it❣️. Switching gears here, when it comes to cucumbers, I feel like I only peel the regular ones. The English cucumbers 🥒 I leave the skin on. Now that I think about it, there’s really no rhyme or reason to that. I guess it’s because that’s how I’ve always done it 😂 Great video today too. Can’t wait to give these cool summer eats a try. One of my favorite Go-To summer meals is stuffed tomato or Cucumber. I usually stuff with Tuna or chicken salad, I semi-peel stripes into the Cuke to lessen the peel then use a spoon to deseed it. I' use a knife and cut the top off the tomato and slice around inside then scoop most of the pulp out. Either is a quick summer meal and the salad can be made for a meal and then used to stuff. I think I'll take the hint and top with croutons or French fried onions for some crunch.

I peel a store bought cucumber because they tend to be waxy. I do not peel a garden fresh cucumber because they are not waxy.

i had this on while i was sleeping and for some reason thought a tortellini salad greekish style and thats what we are having tonightt. that dressing is a process but easy, just needs to rest twice before its done. we added 50-60 sized shrimp...because its a no meat day. also cleaned out our veggie drawer so lots of different veggies.

I do not peel english cucumbers, which is what I prefer. But if I buy regular cucumbers, I ribbon peel them, so you get some peel, but it's variegated. Great ideas for lunch! Thanks!

Hi Mandy - thanks for all of the great content you share! Love the critiques from the fam!! You asked, "do you peel your cucumbers?" My answer is I stripe them when I'm slicing them for a veggie tray, but for any other purpose, I leave the skins on.

Yes I agree sometimes things can definitely be too Cesar I heard you talking we make our own version but we do thin chicken cutlets, seasoned to a fault on the grill and then we just do the wrap, the Romain lettuce, the dressing, croutons, and grated Parm. We probably have a twice a week it’s our favorite thing
