I will also cook uppitu good but method is different fist I will fry rawa dry then I will prepare what ever vegetable is ther in cisan all people will eat nice when I prepare uppitu I will put oil little more

Chethan avare, I tried this recipe completely ( didn’t change anything) it was superb- very delicious, soft consistency and very satisfying. As I don’t get fresh avarekalu, I used frozen. Frozen avarekalu doesn’t have the nice smell or flavor, but I have learnt to live with it. Thank you 🙏🏼
