En tant qu'Italienne, je suis franchement surprise du succès de Måneskin, car le rock en Italie a toujours été un genre musical de niche, qui n'a jamais vraiment eu de place dans les médias "grand public". Le rock italien compte de très bons groupes (Litfiba, Timoria, Negrita, Afterhours...), mais il est toujours resté "discret" . À part Gianna Nannini et Vasco Rossi, je veux dire, on n'a jamais vraiment entendu de musique rock sur les radios italiennes, toujours de la pop mélodique et maintenant un peu de rap. Donc je suis doublement surprise et que des personnes aussi jeunes puissent aimer le rock au point d'y investir leur vie, et de l'énorme succès qu'elles rencontrent. D'autant plus contente pour eux , je leur souhaite bonne chance !

they got something more than the usual groups, they were so young and yet talented, they had time to grow up too and they are not simply rock, if your heard them you can see that they do also pop music with a rock twist, because Thomas is so much into the 70ies bands, but he has also some funkiesh style in his chords, Victoria is more into 90/00 indie rock kinda of style, Damiano, I think, has loves all type of music and has so many different way to sing, Ethan is so talented and they are all very humble (for what I can see) and very serious in their job. I think this are the reason for their success... unite to that incredible performance at the eurofestival that has made everyone astonished, they really nailed... then tik tok with beggin made the rest and so everyone was curious to see what else they did and they did a lot of great stuff... it's just the beginning. Remember that the Beatles had some very similar things... started very young, all talented, made a lot of work without being known making rock music (little pubs, a lot of little gigs in germany)... then the incredible success.
