Is this usable with older camera models like Nikon D800/850? Would it help reduce shake in moving vehicles?

How do you sync or pair the remote to the 460? The screen is tiny and i guess i lost the instructins if there are any. Also there is no where i can find a factory extra plate mount w the arca. Perplexed! Been of n on 2 weeks for the pro SET UP on this awesome discontinued beast. Help

Wonderful information on the MVG 460. I want to use this gimbal with the GimBoom then mount a Ninja V recorder/monitor somewhere on the boom. Would this work? Would I need any special adaptors, or could I do this straight out of the box? Would it be too heavy to manage? I am trying to duplicate jib motion in the back of a moving truck. Thank you for any thoughts you have about my questions.

Hi Andrew. The MVG 460 does have a timelapse function on it and it is very easy to use. I imagine using that function would make this gimbal perfect as a panoramic head. Thanks for watching! - Shawn

Hi. How best can I mount a monitor to the gimbal other than mounting it on top of a grip handle. I would like to mount to the side. can you suggest as I don't see any examples of this anywhere.

@@shirleys7991 I have looked at the small rig mount but I'm unsure how it mounts to the body of the gimbal. to mount it I would have to remove the versatile arm for the grip handle, so I have opted for a third party mount which can be screwed to the base. then I can use the tripod feet too. Still open to any other suggestions. Thanks.

I take it this will handle a D4 with a 14-24?

Hi Gattsby Productions! The Nikon D4 in combination with the Nikon 12-24, f/2.8 should weigh somewhere around 2.34kg. Depending on how else you rig your D4, the Manfrotto MVG460, with its maximum payload of 4.6kg, should be able to handle that weight without any issue. Thanks for watching! - Shawn
