Quite cringy to be honest. The fact that it takes manga covers to make you feel good and happy, says that something is terribly wrong with your life (and brains). Of course you are also highly gullible to fictitious (and in most cases with manga covers - meaningless) expression of art if your mood changes are that easily susceptible. The mirroring effect is strong with this one, a person of significantly low intelligence, the perfect subject for manipulation.

Also just curious to ask, I plan to visit the Animate main store at next Jan, and I'm planning to take a video/photos of the store inside. May I know if I'll have to apply for the store's permission first? I've seen other's video about the inside of animate too, and they said they were only able to shoot for specific floor since they did not apply for other floors...

I actually didn’t run into any trouble filming right when i walked in!! There were a couple staff members walking around while I filmed so i believe you’re allowed to film as long as you’re not obstructing others from shopping T_T best of luck!!

just came back from japan only went for a week this time and was only able to go to animate in shibuya which isn't the biggest shop definitely gonna check this out next time. surprisingly manga was really cheap so picked up some

4:42 That is Kimi to Koete Koi ni Naru! It’s the sequel to Hana and The Beastman. It’s set in a world where humans and (I wanna say genetically modified, but I can’t recall) beastmen co-exist, but they’re separated by a wall. The one you picked up is a spin off about Hana’s son (not a spoiler, it’s mentioned fairly early on) and how he navigates the human world (and love) as a minority! It’s quite wholesome compared to the first series being smut (which has it’s equally fluffy moments) haha I always feel so embarrassed knowing about that manga 🙈

The part where 'I think I'll get it' reminds me of a scene from Wotakoi when Narumi shows a BL manga to Hanako. Narumi says 'Hana-chan this is a good one' and Hanako replies with 'Im buying it'. They are shopping at the same Animate store (episode 2). Does anyone know the name of the manga? There is a huge multi story book store on the north side of Ikebukuro station called Junkudo. I visited but only the ground floor since my japanese friend and I were visiting locations shown in the anime Saekano and this was one of them. But he pointed out that there are shiki boards with signatures of authors/mangaka all over the store. Maybe you may be interested to check it out.

It is called: Dakaretai otoko ichii, the other three are: Theo, Tashiro-kun kimi tte yatsu wa, and My summer of you (kimi wa natsu no naka) which is one of my favorites.
