Mango Idiyappam
Ingredients
Rosted Rice Flour -2 cups
Water -1 cup(hot)
Salt to taste
1 Ripe Mango's Puree
Fresh Grated Coconut -Half portion coconut
Sugar -25 g
Make puree of 1 medium size mango.
In a bowl add mango puree,add rice flour and salt to taste .Mix it well .Add hot water to make dough as chappathi dough consistancy. Put the dough in Sevai maker and squeeze.Steam for 3 to 5 mins.
For coconut milk
Add the grated coconut in mixer jar with half glass warm water.Grind it Well and strain .Add sugar as needed.
Serve mango idiyappam with coconut milk.
