Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 2 tablespoons sweetened
condensed milk
- 2 cups mango pulp (fresh or canned)
- 2 ripe mangoes (for the peel molds)
Instructions:
1. Start by preparing the mango peel molds. Carefully cut the mangoes in half and remove the flesh, leaving the peel intact. Set aside the mango flesh for later use.
2. In a mixing bowl, adf mango pulp and mix. You can mash it eith spoon or can use blender.
3. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and cream until well combined.
4. Pour the mixture into the mango peel molds, filling them to the top.
5. Place the filled mango peel molds on a tray or cup to hold it and carefully transfer them to the freezer.
6. Allow the ice cream to freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
