My grandfather was a big fan of this ...bellam aavakaya .....and its so nice to see you making it with all the love ..........charan would definitely love it . actually after watching this even we made it at our home (ofcourse we avoided chickpeas and garlic). Thank u for resurfacing our old tradition . Believe me guys it's super yummy especially with upma and other tiffins.

After reading all comments, 1. Those mangoes are from their farm, possible to get them during lockdown 2. She's using gloves, blender only for this time, she did mentioned that even if you disagree, it's safe to wear gloves now 3. She's a left hander so it's pretty normal for her to use it while transferring to jaadi 4. Senagalu or chenigalu both are right, and so she is. 5. The main point which many argue is about her English, it's totally her choice. Simply ignore her videos and search for Telugu recipes 😊👍

All the powders we used in this pickle are sun dried or dry roasted.. Raw material we used in this pickle are raw mango pieces and jaggery.. They both have moisture in it. So before mixing them into pickle gravy we coat them in oil to increase the shelf life of pickle.

Oh man. I thought mutton biriyani was the toughest dish to make.. this seems ever harder. So many ingredients. But I am sure it must be very tasty. I tried making mango Thoku once with baby mangoes, Karam, uppu and lots of oil. It was fantastic. :))

Wonderful...It's a well balanced video. Pachadi is a mix of several ingredients in the right proportion, likewise, your video also has a mix of all elements (your dressing, posture, smile, expressions, telling about the importance of hygiene, usage of traditional Jaadi, revealing of your grand mother's secret recipe, respect towards attamma, love towards husband) in the right proportion. We mix all powders with mango pieces, n when the mixture is done perfectly with Hand, then we pour enough oil. Need not worry much about longevity... It will last long as there is no water involved 😊

Thanks for sharing the family recipe. At the end it would have been great had you showed us the final outcome after 3 days of storage. And addition of oil post that. Seems it looks incomplete without that last bit.
