here is a simple and variety Rasam Recipe for your Rice. Raw Mango Rasam.. Just try and enjoy the taste..!
Ingredients
Sour Raw Mango - 2 small or 1 Big
Cooked Dal - 1/2 Cup
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Fenugreek Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilly - 3 nos
Curry Leaves
Crushed Garlic - 1 tbsp.
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp full
Coriander Powder - 3/4 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves - 1/2 Cup chopped
Salt
Water - 1 Cup +2 Cups
