My mom used to make گُپ چُپ but it was sweet with grinded maash ki dal, deep fry small drops and put in syrup, it was amazing like any mithai. It came into my mind after seeing this Thank you for reminding me. JazakAllah khairan aunty 💖😘 this looks so yummy as always, in sha Allah I will try it soon. Love you 💕

Barhiyan is totally different in taste and different dish. We eat both manhochiyon Ka salan and barhiyan at our house.

Nice preparation!👍 As you said we could dry it in 'sun light' in summer... Right you are. We call it as 'सांडगे' in Marathi. We can dry it and use it as and when needed.
