У нас в Рязани есть точно такое же производство :). Только качество литья выше - токарить не надо. А наши люки установлены даже на Красной площади.

동영상 내용중에 있는 지 모르지만 도로상의 맨홀을 지날 때마다 차가 덜컹거리는 걸 막을 수 있는 맨홀은 못 만드나요? 독일에서는 맨홀 높이를 조절하는 제품이 있어서 덜컹거리지 않고 잘 지나가던데...

그건 도로시공시 문제 뭐든 규격대로 만드는게 원칙인대 기계로 만들면 뭐해요 후작업 하는놈들 도로교통부가 병신 인걸 아님 계측을 하고 도로를 깔때 부분 특이사항 넣어서 맨홀뚜껑 제작하면 되요 그런대 그거 통과하겠어? 예산들어가는대 승인 안나지 그냥 위에 대가리 들 문제임

All that damn work to prep a mold to cast. Then the process of setting up the cast is more important than the pour or debur. Next time you see a manhole cover think of the hard work these people put in that create them. Think if the Pakistani had this machinery! They are floor casting using their feet to pack in the black sand around the mould.

2:55 If you look closely in the right corner, you can see a path made of Styrofoam for molten metal. And the reason they dipped the mold in cement holds the shape when the molten metal flows. thank you for watching! 😀

The process is basically lost foam investment casting. The form is made from foam, and gets vaporized by the molten metal. The form is coated in ceramic (the investment), and the ceramic is then what becomes the actual walls of the mold. The form is loaded into the sand to support the ceramic and slow cooling. The sand is only a support and insulation, this is why it is not packed around the form like they did with the covers.

사각형 같은 다각형은 대각선이 한 변 보다 길어... 뚜껑이 맨홀 안으로 들어갈 수도 있기 때문에 원형으로 만듭니다. 😀

It's the only format where the lid can't fall through the seat, it can happen if they were square or rectangular and you try to close the lid oriented diagonally.

이번에 서울에 월계역 근처 중량천에 새로 만든 도로를 지나갔는데...manhole이 우퉁불퉁 엉망이더라구요. 아스팔트 높이를 잘 고려해서 설치해야 하는데 서로 업무 소통이 안 되고 있다는 느낌이 드네요.

Возможно другой уровень допуска. Исключить любые движения люка и минимизировать газопроницаемость если это нужно.
