Manhunt for 3rd suspect in Ditebogo Phalane murder case

Police have launched a manhunt for the third suspect linked to the killing of 5-year-old Ditebogo Phalane Junior.The little boy was killed during a hijacking at his home in Soshanguve last week. Two suspects have since been arrested and found in possession of illegal firearms. #enca #dstv403

But English is only his 3rd or 4th language. What matters is whether he knows his job and can communicate effectively with his team (most of whom are likely not native English speakers). As long as you got the gist of what he said, that's all that matters. Your president twangs and speaks perfect English but is probably the most useless person in government. Priorities!

@@davim7621It's not about perfect English, it's about competence. Did it ever occur to you that he might also be fluent in other South African languages? Probably not because you guys are narrow-minded and lack critical thinking skills; hence, you remain unemployable with your fancy English. We are not in England or the US. Most South Africans aren't native English speakers and make up the majority of those who utilise and are employed in the public services sector. Perhaps, consider that.
