Just wanted to show a sample run for you guys who are eager to try clearing; the full guide will be out in a few days.
The candlestick item is important, it does HUGE amounts of damage to the bosses if you can get it to overlap their hitbox, which is what I do here to deal with the bosses in stage 6 and 9.
Godspeed if you don't own Shalom... that aoe damage and two-core break is just too good. I've successfully done a run with Langley+her buff and Labyrinth (equip Fury on Labyrinth) but it was P A I N.
Hamel alone is enough healing, but Du Ruo's buff 1 is great even at S0 to make the run ultra comfy. If you make a mistake/Chelsea goes down, the run can be saved with Du Ruo's revive, making Chelsea herself "re-summonable" at full health like Sitri! If you don't have Hamel/Du Ruo, I'd recommend bringing Coquelic as her buffs are also strong, and Ariel.
(Du Ruo does have an annoying bug where she keeps trying to heal the TV; this is a known issue, and hasn't bee patched out of CN. I don't feel like it affects her output much, so it's ignorable.)
If you want, you can prepare NOX and swap her in when you get her buff, my first successful run was with her instead of Langley (you can see a dead Langley in my saved run...). Use Prisoner of the Depths for best effect, but whatever other set is fine.
I leak Bai Yi and rush the first section 1-3 under 5 minutes to obtain Hidden Buff 1 which is VERY VERY STRONG. I've uploaded a screenshot of the 5 hidden buffs in this season on my twitter:

Despite the Burn comp having a buff this season, I find Yao not so easy to use because she's melee range. Unless there is straight up a Reticle/Range nerf condition one day, Lady Pearl, Lamia, Shalom, and Langley will probably remain the kings of Mania Training forever due to their insane range and mobbing abilities.
