Sonia, I have to say: starting each morning with "something wonderful will happen today" has been a game changer. Also saying "thank you thank you thank you" out loud as opposed to in my head like i'd always do - has also made a big difference. I believe it was you that mentioned saying it out loud. In the last 12 months I've quit eating flour/wheat/meat/refined sugar. I quit smoking/vaping/thc/alcohol. Ive been a smoker since 13...im 33 now. At any rate - I've never been happier. Saying "thank you thank you thank you" outloud multiple times a day really does a great job embodying my gratefulness. 🥳🥳🥳 I was working a construction job in chicago less than a year ago barely being able to make ends meet to now living out of the matrix in my own place in the foothills of Mt Shasta. On absolutely everything - I started saying the violet flame decree in my head and in less than a month I was living in Mt shasta. Until days before i moved i barely knew of Mt Shasta much less it being the violet flame epicenter of the world. You cant make this s*** up.

The best thing that happened to me this week was with my spirit guides. 2 days ago - I asked them, if they’re near me and if they can hear me, to show me a tiger. The first day I saw 8 tigers in different intervals and have been seeing tiger continuously for the last two days. This is something which makes me emotional whenever I think about it. I feel so loved by the universe ❤

Tuesday 5th September 2023. Went to the beach, painted a beautiful picture and gave it to a woman who i could feel was in pain. Her face lit up . Went home happy, then asked a girl out that ive wanted to so much. What an amazing day. Just thought you should know. Thank you Again Sonia 💚

Two days ago I was told that the cancer is gone, mailed my last car payment and discovered an organization that I can volunteer with overseas so my dream of traveling can still happen! I am full of gratitude, appreciation and slightly mind blown! 🤯 My intuition is definitely stronger 💪 and I'm trusting my gut more. I've learned some things this morning that confirmed thoughts about some relationships around me. It's a small world. People only show what they want you to see. I was naive for so long, always looking for the good in others and discounting my gut because I don't want to believe people are apathetic, oblivious or uncaring.

Sonia, I stumbled upon your video's maybe a year, 1,5 ago. I was not that into spirituality, but I was curious. I grew up very religious and spiritual (muslim), but I struggled with doubts and questions around the time I got to college. Fast forward to today, I am now communicating daily with my guides. I am discovering new, more correct layers of meaning of the quran. I received a download of the name of my future husband. And i am slowly rebuilding my relationship with God. Today's manifestation: I wanted to make soup. I had a busy day, so when I went to do my groceries, I had forgotten I wanted to buy a particular ingredient. I then stumbled upon it in a different aisle, it was a healthier version than the one I had expected to find, and the barcode for it wasn't working. They ended up giving it to me for free!

I am psychic....embrace it. I turned away from it as a young boy because along with it came depression. I had no one to help me with what i was going threw. It came to me when meditating. A voice said your are phychic .....embrace it. I know something big is coming. Ive know this for 5 years now. It will affect everyone on this planet. Think possitivly im told. Help one another during this great confusion. Its how we percieve reality. An apocalypse of the mind. I thought i was going nuts. I was hearing this and said where in the hell did that come from? It came from left field. It had no connection to anything i was thinking of at the time. Ive been told it will pass. Nothing stays the same for ever. Think wholesomely and it will pass.

I experienced something beautiful with my granddaughter, this afternoon. We were lying in the sun and after a while, lots of clouds were covering the sky. The day before she asked me about magic and I explained some of it to here. I said to her, want to try out if we can do magic and move the clouds away. She was very enthousiastic and we both consentrated and started to push away the clouds with our hands. In just a few minutes we saw the little blue spot, turn bigger. Low and behold after 20 minutes the sky above us was blue and the sun could shine bright again. She said to me, we are really magical and I said yes we are my precious. Magical love from the Netherlands

I live in the city; I went to my office to get something, looked up and there was a magnificent hawk with his prey in my tree in front of my window. I just moved a while ago; I had no clue where my binoculars so I could observe this amazing bird. I asked my runners to help me find my binoculars because I had no clue where I put them. I thought they might be in the closet, but my runners told me to look at the bottom shelf of this table and there they were. In a heart beat I had them to observe this bird. I'm not a nature person per se, but boy, I was blown away by the presence of this bird and by the fact that something like binoculars (which by the way I never use) appeared "like magic." Yes, small, but on the other hand, for me? REALLY big for reinforcement. Thank you!

This was absolutely fabulous, Sonia!! Thank you sooo much! I resonate so deeply with everything you share here! I had a small manifestion...well they happen all the time for me...this one really showed me the Universe and my Team in Spirit are listening. I currently work a mid shift in 3d, get home around 9pm. I noticed one of my car's tires was low and I didn't have 2.00 in quarters ..then I remembered I had a 2.00 scratch off winner in my wallet...I even debated about filling the tire the next day before work, yet thought, nope do it now. We'll pulled into the 711, redeemed my ticket for my quarters, and pulled up to the air machine. A man and his young son were using it to fill a tire on his suv. I waited patiently until they were finished, got my quarters in hand and pulled up to fill my tire. Well the air machine was still running, as they only filled one tire....there was enough time left for me to fill my tire and 2 others that needed it!!! It was free air!!! I have to add that while driving home I'm saying to myself, I have to find a way to get free air...no kidding!!!! I was through the roof and each day more and more experiences like this are happening!!🎉❤🎉 Woo hoo!!! I'm soooo loving this New Earth energy!!! I’ve had so many miracles recently. The most healing one would be honoring my parents in the way I was raised because it shaped me to this place now. Even if it was full of abuse and toxicity. Forgiveness is one thing but not ever thanking them for living the hard life they did. And after thanking them I found deep apologetic feelings towards them. Sorry that I held on to this idea that they were forgiven but not any good to think about them. To have to watch me harbor that kind of energy about them for this entire time had to be such a painful reminder of their mistakes in this world. There is no way I want to be a part of anyone harboring any pain and guilt in this life or the next so I deeply apologized to them and from this point on they will be a part of my journey in a more positive light.

My mom has been gone 28 years and dad for 24 years. I still struggle with feelings about them but I am 62 now and do my best to let it go. I got my first divorce before they divorced. My feelings have softened a lot since they died. Seems pointless to be upset with people that are dead. Nothing can be changed. It is what it is. I cried last week and didn't know why but I felt better afterwards.

Things are manifesting so fast! I just moved into a new flat with a balcony, and I was looking at clothing racks that I could use as a plant stand/hanger. I didn't end up buying it, but the next day, the landlord brought some furniture back for us to use, and one of them was a clothing rack! It didn't fit where he wanted to put it, so he asked if I wanted it!! This literally materialised within two days so I am shook lol.

I had a tiny miracle today!! I had lost one of my favorite earrings (medium sized silver leaf shape dangle) a month ago at the grocery store. Its a cheapie but i love it, i noticed when i got in the car it was gone. I was wearing running shorts & a light silky tank top- no pockets anywhere so it definitely wasnt stuck in my clothes (pretty big, id see/feel it for sure). Doing laundry this AM i FOUND it lying in the bottom of the washing machine (un damaged)!! Ive worn/washed those clothes 3 or 4x since then. It literally materialized & was returned to me, & im so THANKFUL!!! Its odd that i saved the mate with no hope of getting it back. This is so amazing to me❤❤❤❤

Thats a really mind altering reality for you isnt it? Are you manifesting it or just knowing. At first it seems like your loosing your marbles doesnt it? I am very careful what i think now. I practice thinking wholesomely. I dont want to manifest some negative thoughts. Reality is the moment. It takes a while to understand it because we get locked in the past like its the present. The past is but a record of what existed. Let it go and focus on a better existence.

My 2 year relationship just ended and the first two days were horrible but as the days went on I realized that we didn’t want the same things and we were not on the same level and so the clear cut ending was a blessing because there was no rollercoaster of talking it out and arguing and all the craziness of why we should or shouldn’t stay together… it was clear cut ending to open me up to a new soulmate and a new life and I thank him for the two years we had together because it taught me a lot and helped me in many ways. I am grateful for the experience ❤

Lots of little miracles and a few bigger ones. Recently I took on a more challenging work role, I wondered why, I could have just stayed on my pleasant, easy path. This role is just temporary, but it has lead to a lot of growth. I am relying on my guides every day! What an amazing practice it is, I can briefly pause and my answer is just there. I said to someone recently (regarding work/career) "I've done a lot of amazing things, I just thought I wouldn't have to do any more!" Life goes on though, there's still time for more.

I manifested an epiphany that was much needed today, and insight from higher self as to why I am experiencing this void space and solitude much needed for my own transformation. The epiphany was to focus on healing before guiding others and also my largest subconscious pattern was revealed.

I pulled two cards from my Oracle decks, one said make a decision. I asked my guides, what decision? The other card said epiphany (from your cards) I asked Please show me. I realized the next day, that I had been denying a call in the area of channelling/psychic work. Epiphany!!! Made the decision to Go For It!!! Ordering some of your books. So Excited!!!! THANK YOU, MISS SONIA!! We all need reminders from time to time, & to keep working on ourselves, help others, etc. I managed to go shopping at most places that I needed to & loads less people were there & same for the places that I decided to go eat at. I was MUCH LESS STRESSED this way & it was easier to relax some more, due to my being an empath. I just needed a rest from shielding quite as much lately & most people had good energy when I was out & about, also. I needed to be away from my apartment & noise, etc. here, so I went out to eat, ran errands, shopped & made phone calls where it was quieter & I was less stressed. Also got to pay most of my main bills earlier than usual (big relief), plus, found some awesome sales on things I needed & prior, had thought that I'd have to put off for another month or 2, buying the items!! Took a MAJOR load off with these blessings!! Thank you, again, for reminders, clarifying more so about us bouncing in & out of the dimensions, etc., (because I HAD wondered about that, but kept getting side-tracked when I meant to ask/ read about info if we do bounce in & out of them)!! This video helped me focus on goals more today & I'll charge on with better focus & clarity, plus, pass this video link on to some people that need reminders & clarifications, etc.!! 😁😁😁😁😁 LOVE, HUGS, BLESSINGS, HOPE, COMFORT, HEALING, UNDERSTANDING, PEACEFUL MINDS & PRAYERS FOR EVERYONE, ALWAYS!!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🌈🌈❇️❇️❇️❇️❇️

I manifested a radical change in our family system. For me to be more authentic and step into my power to help my kids gain consciousness and help them deal with the fear they experience. I embodied this version of me and within a few days events happened that give me the ability to go to the judge and get them the change they need to break out of the ‘cult like system’ like i did.

For the past several months, I have kept a small notebook near me at all times. In it, I jot down all of the good things that happen in the course of the day. On the opposite side, I record signs & synchronicity, clarity of thought on sticky situations, breakthrough thoughts and downloads. Keeping this journal has completely changed my life. I used to be someone that obsessively recounted every minute of every bad thing that ever happened to me. I had a continuous loop of lower vibrational thought running at all times. Keeping this journal has completely shifted my focus from the past and unwanted situations to the present and keeps me in a state of gratitude all day. I used to struggle to find one thing to be grateful for, now I am running out of space to write down all of the good things that happen for me in a day. I wake up every morning thinking, "I wonder what amazing things will happen for me today?" My reticular activating system fills in the blanks❤🚀💫

I have been feeling bad about a couple things this week .... and until I watched this video I totally forgot that last week I sold a big piece art! Something that was sitting in my gallery for a while! The day before it sold I sat an looked at it, and I consciously out loud to it (and to me) that it didn't matter how long it's been there... that it's beautiful and someone out there already loves it! The next day someone walked in and bought it! Thank you for this video! I can't believe I forgot about that. Ha! If I'm going to have obsessive thoughts, then I am going to direct them at that! ;)

The positive thing that has happened to me is that my suicidal thoughts are not so strong anymore although all my problems with homelessness caused by fraudsters and the Bailiff are taking almost everything from my pension, so I can't get any medical care for my ill health since 38 years back. Still, I've started to feel calm inside and I'm so grateful for that.

I had been in a financial bind for the past two years, and have been doing what seems like everything to manifest money since the problem began. Then I learned that my aunt left me an inheritance. I've since used that money to catch up on some of my debts and so much weight has been taken off my shoulders.

I manifested the following: got my eye on a really, really nice e-bike that would give me great mobility. But the price was too high for me at that time. However, I really set the intention to drive my brand new e-bike through nature here. In about two weeks on a lazy night I found a great offer on the internet and within a few days the deal was sealed for my new e-bike. In a way I didn’t thought it could be true. Good luck and much fun out there with using these new abilities in an honorable way.

I wanted to do 1 thing FUN this fall… because I worked a seasonal job this summer (to catch up 💰) .. and I was looking for a rodeo (with a dance ) or a country music festival… and I was surprised when a Canadian Freedom friend.. organized a Rodeo with music bands … to raise &$ fir his lawyers to have his Freedom back. And… everything lined up …my friend in Alta. Said she would come… and it landed on the perfect week end .. that I was going to Calgary for a business event …. And I could FEEL This Is It!! And yes, it seems like it’s been along time since things really start flowing and working out. I used to always be like that for me about the last five years has been really rough waters. So Yee Haa… I’m Off to the Rodeo … and a Lifewave Photon Light Patches event… which has been Part of my healing business fir 12 years… I 🙏 for a Prosperity Business Miracle so I can Uplevel helping others… I’ve been kind of spinning my wheels. My boyfriend and I shared our 6 th year anniversary and we were stargazing and I mentioned to him that it would be so cool if we saw a shooting star. And after some deep meditative breaths we saw the brightest shooting star. That’s when I realized that this isn’t fake. It’s so real!!!
