If you haven’t figured it out yet the malls still do very well in the PH because of the weather and where you will find stores and resto you’d see in the US, even ones that closed. Malls there have AC which makes it a great past time place for many in the country esp in the city. Heat is quite brutal.

I’m from Texas USA so the heat in Philippines is no where near as bad as Texas or the other two countries I’ve visited previously! It was a welcomed change to a cooler climate, and while I was there Manila was literally hitting all time heat records! 😂

Food here is cheap. A Big Mac in the US costs $20 or P1,200. This price can bring you to buffet lunch or dinner in the Philippines.

Oh yeah! I went to all you can eat buffet for 599 you will see it in tomorrows video. 😎

Yessir brother, Thanks for checking out the vid! I still got my collection under lock and key in storage back in the USA but I’m finally living my dreams!

Hair cut also is very cheap in the country. In high end malls, it costs only less than $10. :) Outside, it can go as low as $1.70

Haircut is one thing I stay away from 😅 but beard trimming might be an idea!

Btw since you’re going to Cebu for the Kawasan, don’t limit your stay in just that very popular and touristy falls. Cebu has hundreds falls perhaps more and the smaller ones are quite nice, secluded, water just as mesmerizing and even different. I promise you won’t regret it. Just ask the locals. Also must do is the sardine run. I would strongly get a tour guide fairly cheap for us Americans and you pay whatever but tbh I tip them $10 and it is so worth it. They’ll carry your stuff for you and take amazing pictures they may even direct you on how to pose. And at sardine run where you’d see millions of small fish best to have someone taking your pics. I personally would skip the whale feeding in Oslob. Personal choice there are other places to see them. Do your research on Oslob whales👍🏼 Ps Still do the Kawasan canyoneering just saying add other falls for variety. We did 3 falls during our stay there each one is so worth it and different from the last one. Tour guides will do package of falls if you ask. I think we were able to split the package meaning same guides for 3 falls in 2 days.

That will definitely have to be in the cards in the next trip! Sardine run and whale feeding not really my thing but I’m looking forward to exploring more islands and waterfalls!
