-කහ තේ හැන්දක්
-වතුර
ව්‍යංජනය සඳහා:
-රතු ලූනු
-අමු මිරිස්
-රම්පා,කරපිංචා
-මිරිස් කුඩු බාගයක්
-තුනපහ තේ හැඳි බාගයක්
-කහ තේ හැඳි කාලක්
-ලුණු රස අනූව
-උකු පොල් කිරි (වැහෙන ප්‍රමාණයට)
තෙම්පරාදුව සඳහා:
-පොල් තෙල් මේස හැඳි 2 ක්
-අබ තේ හැන්දක්
-උළුහාල් තේ හැඳි කාලක්
-ලියාගත් සුදු ලූනු
-ලියාගත් රතු ලූනු
-වියළි මිරිස් කරල් 3 ක්
-ලුණු ස්වල්පයක්
Ingredients:
To boil: -
-Cut the manioc into small pieces
-A quarter teaspoon of turmeric
-Water
For curry:
-Shallots
-Green chillies
-Pandan, Curry leaves
-A half a teaspoon of chilli powder
-A half a teaspoon of curry powder
-A quarter teaspoon of turmeric
-Salt to taste
-Thick coconut milk (to the extent of covering)
For tempering: -
-2 tablespoons of coconut oil
-A teaspoon of mustard seeds
-A quarter teaspoon of fenugreek seeds
-Chopped garlic
-Thinly sliced shallots
-3 dry chillies
-A pinch of salt
