You might not realize it, but even kindness can be turned against you. When it comes to manipulation, anything is fair game. The "nice guy" is someone who pretends to be kind and helpful, all to get their way every time.
In our daily lives, many of us struggle with decision-making and self-trust. Growing up in a manipulative environment or being in a toxic relationship can strip away our confidence, leaving us feeling lost and dependent on others for validation. We lose touch with our true selves and the things we want to express, think, and feel. Over time, the negative labels and emotions imposed by manipulators become ingrained in our identity.
But it doesn't have to be this way. You don't have to continue feeling worthless or trapped in self-doubt. Together, we can break free from this cycle and rediscover your confidence and independence. If you've tried therapy or other forms of help without success, I'm here to offer a different approach tailored to your needs.
We'll delve into the root causes of your struggles and develop strategies to help you trust yourself again. With my support, you can overcome feelings of emptiness and uncertainty, and step into a future filled with happiness and peace. Don't let the past define you any longer. Take the first step towards liberation and empowerment today by scheduling a call with me today.

Sounds like a few people I used to know. Though, I can tell when it's fake usually. No one ever believes me, I feel like intuitive people only see past that, I stopped trying to tell people because they just think I'm being judgemental.

@@Selene-Moon-Light Definitely requires awareness. Also not falling for what they do and say at face value all the time. It's good that you can see past this, not everyone can.

My new coworker after having one basic conversation with him bought me lunch and brought it to me. I didn’t ask him to and just accepted it because I didn’t want to make a fuss. He left, I looked in the bag and he wrote his number on the receipt 🙄.

@@gonegirl9114 The intention was to get closer to you, possibly romantically. In this case, it's not so much manipulation, if it is, it is very subtle in order to gain your favor to find a way to get close to you. Even if the way they went about it was not to your liking or a bit strange. It's best to let them know from the start how you feel. Many times people don't know how to communicate their true intentions and this may have been one of those times.

Hi Howard, I have a question. Would sarcasm and passive aggressive behavior, be apart of their traits too? I know a person, who when I’m around them, they go to great lengths to be ‘not nice’ jokingly! I brush her off and refuse to engage. Not buying into the emotional manipulation really does work! Hope everyone is having a great day!

@@marymattingly6197 Yes, they can be passive aggressive and sarcastic. The idea is to hide their true feelings and make it seem like they are kind, although usually when they are being passive aggressive or sarcastic it is very subtle in a way where they "play dumb" to come across as though they aren't doing anything wrong. They make an effort to not show any kind of outright aggression or snarky behavior.
