Hon'ble CM Biren Singh is the political and administrative head of manipur state. When the state is under security issues the central government is involved. But this crisis is unable to be resolve politically. Why the securities are hesitant to take actions rapidly? Is there not a protocol to be followed for safety of civilians and livelihood? As we know peace and justice when delayed will create distrust in the society and harbour more violence.

This is a FREAKING WAR. You cannot say this is a conflict. You might think this is a communal conflict as the Kukis are attacking solely on the Meetei community.
