Both state n centre rules NDA but its more than 1 year the govt couldn't solve n the public are fed up, the state is gone back 20yrs, Home minister came n told after 10-15 days he will visit again but he didnt keep his word n keep watching the state burn. U r just repeating the factually wrong speech of PM. PR was imposed just once in Kuki/Naga clash for violence. All other PR was of political instability. Most importantly 2001 PR was induring NDA when they were ruling the state. Still now at present we have unofficial art 355 imposed in the state n our CM is robbed of all his powers. He is sitting there just for the namesake.
