Solid points. The hard thing in so many modern relationships is to get givers and receivers to think not from duty or entitlement, but from the blessing of having given or received. It goes right back to the concept of G_d being bad at cursing because it turns into blessing.

Marriage is also symbolic of our need for God. How we long for him. Humanity as a whole is that women and God is that (Adam). Theres a reason why Christ was called the second Adam. And why we (as the church) will be married to him in heaven!

Desire is designed with purpose in mind which is intended glorify its creator. We tend to desire more of the things we can see verses the things that cannot be seen which are fulfilled in the promises of God. The book of James says "you have not because you do not ask him" but ask for selfish reasons. Selah...gotta work out our salvation with God's agenda in mind. He's the only one God who knows what he is doing and how he wants it done. amen

@Tetra Grammaton Giving a very reduced mathematical explanation (always mathematics!), We can imagine a system of vectors whose result is not null (sexual desire). But we can balance the system so that R = 0. This situation is the one that corresponds to perfection (there are no gradients in the system, which de-balance it).

Marriage is not a religious construct. It began as a civil contract to protect the woman and children. Then religion got a hold of it. I cannot hear the religious jargon in this video, but I can hear and resonate with the esoteric knowledge of marriage as a bond beyond an ordinary union between a man and a woman. All comes from Source, and Source had to split itself in two (big boom?) to begin the creation of life-- the spark of life. That I can accept. So the biology of man and woman creating together as One as soulmates, makes perfect sense to me. And the biology of man and woman also leads to naturally to 'roles' like the husband giving, the wife receiving. Its just NOT about religion!!

Answer: Because that is a principle. Principles are first laws inherent in creation. Our Father in Heaven created man in His own image, after His likeness in two models of human bodies: male and female. The principle of attraction was built-in in mankind in two models of male and female. This principle or law cannot be repealed nor altered by human legislation in the parliament or congress, or by the prayers of religious people or organization because this principle is permanent forever.

Remarkable that there are comericial interuptions. But that did not spoil "receiving" the message, Amen. Because man have eaten of the knowledge of good and evil @Rabbi Manis Friedman, man nolonger think about cause and effect but sense gratification. So man's genders are attracted to their advancement to the gratification the procreating process gives them. So sence gratification is the answer to your question why the genders are attracted to each other. NOTE: Man are called "the sons of God" and woman are called "the daughters of men" in Genesis 6:1, they are NOT gender terms. ~ Respect ~ Elijah Natureboy

Dear Rabbi Manis Friedman A question of Jewish law puzzles me. A Jewish woman marries a foreigner and has a daughter who, according to Judaism, is also Jewish. This house with another foreigner and if he has a daughter, that will also be Jewish. if we imagine more and more similar experiences, let's say that we are already in the tenth generation. What remains of Jewish traits in what is still considered Jewish? on the other hand, I had or have a brother who lives or lived in Germany, who I didn't know who, like me, are the grandson of a deceased French Jew with the surname Samuel. sad of him if he hadn’t changed his surname because, like me, we are immediately noticed by the enemies of Israel that what matters to them is the DNA of a race (as they are racist) and, as the saying goes: Son of fish goldfish is! Shalom

I, just suspect but, I AM NOT WISE to state that there was a misinterpretation of the Ezra Decree and that such an error was due to the fact that, despite the Sages of the Torah, they forgot the HEBREW SLAVE LAW expressed in EXODUS 21.3 so being, all the Hebrew people, captive in PERSIA, when foreign women and their children are released, they must remain with their former employers; in the case with CIRO and its people! so there was no change in the TORAH made by ESDRAS but, YES! , made by those who wrote the LAWS OF CONVERSION of Judaism Shalom to all who seek the truth

@@joshpayne6439 I beg one last attention. I believe that when you are a descendant of various ethnicities or human races, you should pull one where your DNA will prevail. For example, my father was the son of a Jew with an Andean woman. although I did not know my Jewish grandfather, I see much more Jewish features in me than my late father, who read the Hebrew Bible without covering his head and felt nothing. when, at the age of 64, I started reading the Bible I started to feel a tremendous shortness of breath until I met some proselytes who discovered my problem. And today when I go to read the Hebrew Bible I put on a hat I also never managed to read the New Testament because it seemed to me, from the start, something totally foolish and affronting the Old Testament; my father already read it with all faith and respect despite having fled Nazism in a ship's hold. I learned to read Hebrew without understanding the meaning, and after that, the SHEMA Prayer suddenly appeared in Hebrew in my mind without my knowing the meaning of the words it contained. therefore, in addition to noting that there are no pure breeds; perhaps the Chinese, the Japanese, etc., in others we are driven by a dominant DNA; that will tell us who we are after all. Shalom

Sexual union out of marriage or wed lock is common place, so where is the sanctity of anything at all including of all things marriage ? But if that be GOD'S will for man, who am I to object ? Nothing is sacred and holy here, except perhaps the Holy Bible which as it's preachers claim not only sanctions and approves of all this, but mandates and obligates of it. Is man the fallen being in the eyes of GOD or is GOD the fallen being in the eyes of man ? People change and exchange life partners more than they change and exchange their clothes and commodities. Nothing in life but self gratification has any meaning. People are willing to adopt any means, starting with doing the wrong thing and stop at nothing to get what they want, because they must have it at all cost. You can actually shop for a real bride, or a real hooker both on a virtual portal, a virtual marriage portal and a virtual sex portal, all for a reasonable price. And there are limited and reasonable guarantee or warranty periods as well, for almost all goods and services.
