Yes exercise with diet control worked great for me.... Yet, occassionally experiences sugar hike or muscle pains. I will try this low carb diet plan at nights... That can fix my issues I feel.... Thank you doctor.... Thank God for making me open this video ❤

The plate you eat from should have protein, low carbs, healthy fats, phytonutrients, and fiber. If your plate is healthy, the quantity isn't crucial. There should be an ideal time for eating your meal.

Sir, ഞാൻ 5 മണിക്ക് എണീക്കും രാവിലത്തെ ഫുഡ്‌ ഉച്ചക്കത്തെ ഫുഡ്‌ഒക്കെ ഉണ്ടാക്കി പിള്ളേരെ സ്കൂളിൽ വിട്ട് husband ഉം പോയി കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ പിന്നെ എനിക്ക് energy ഇല്ല. ഒരു 9 മണിക്ക് അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഒരു 10മണിക്ക് ശേഷം ഞാൻ ഉറകിപ്പിച്ചാണ്, ഉണർന്നിരുന്നാൽ പോലും ഞാൻ ഒരു സ്വപ്നത്തിൽ നടക്കുന്ന പോലെ ഫീൽ ആണ്... എന്തുകൊണ്ട് ആയിരിക്കും

പയർ വർഗ്ഗങ്ങൾ, പച്ചക്കറികൾ, ഇലക്കറികൾ, ഇവ ഒരുമിച്ചു വേവിച്ചു കഴിച്ച് പിറ്റേന്ന് ടോയ്‌ലെറ്റിൽ പോയാൽ സ്റ്റൂളിന് ഒരു ഷെയ്പും ഇല്ല, ആനപിണ്ഡം പോലെ ആണ്. ഇത് കുഴപ്പമുണ്ടോ. മറുപടി പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു
