An impeccable PRIME MINISTER with humanitarian attitude. Tried to minimise the imparity of wealth distribution and never believed in percolation of wealth theory. Which is why, currently a handful of families holding 40% of India’s wealth and the gap is widening day by day.Yes, it's true that, this 3:25 3:25 wealth accumulation picked up the momentum after 1991 during new economic policy introduced by Dr.Manmohan Singh under the leadership of the then Prime Minister Mr.Narshimha Rao.But, at least Dr.Singh tried to minimise the impact, which totally missing now a days. A perfect genleman, who is unfit among the bunch of below average ( Mostly) politicians.

lol the darkest era of India was from 2004 to 2014 under proxy prime minister manmohan singh, we lost a decade of progress, had atal bihari vajpayee got another term the picture would have been different. You are andhbhakth. our economy was stiffled riddled with scams, highest inflation, constant terrorts attacks and bombings with no retaliation. Right now we are entering into indigineous chip fabrication, semicondors, Ai, phone manufacturing. Nobody would have imagined such things under congress.

under manmohan singh there was no vision in regards to maufacturing sector, rather everything was riddled with corruption and middle men cronies, they couldn't even provide bullet proof vests to police during 26/11 attacks. Now we have manufacturing our own defence equipments and exports have increased massively. In 2014 we had 350 start ups, now we have the world's 3rd largest start up ecosystem, we have 92,683 startups as of today. This was Modi's personal call in creating such an ecosystem. we are entering into indigineous chip fabrication, semiconductors, EV, phone manufacturing, Ai. These things were simply impossible under congress. We dodged the 2008 financial crisis without Rao. We dodged a war with Pakistan which many Indians still believe we should have had, but they fail to see that not going to war turned the terror machine inward into Pakistan and spared us. The successful results of the policy to treat Kasab as an ordinary criminal and put him through the long legal process, while looks meek, produced the perfect desired result of Pakistan's implosion as a failed state and let us completely bypass the terrorism and conflict that would have resulted. We did not lose FDI, we did not lose our growth, we did not lose our international partnerships and trade, all because we followed the due process of the law and refrained from falling into ISI's challenge to war. Pakistan on the other hand, lost literally everything of note except their nuclear arsenal - their society, their economy, their foreign affairs standing, now their civil govt machinery. His stint as PM did all this.

@@anandsharma7430 We dodged 2008 because India is still a closed economy..for which we dodged the upsides as well. Pakistan ... because it has nukes .. nobody would want a direct overt war .. but there were other means

@@anuragbanerjee2879 I don't think you know the impact of RBI regulations and banking sector regulations in the 2008 disaster. Google is your friend. There are a number of articles and books written about how India handled the 2008 crisis. "closed economy" is not the answer. If that's the answer then "well regulated economy and banking sector" are better words and pretty much every major policy was taken by Dr Singh from 1992 LPG through 2008 with the Vajpayee Govt carrying forward all the LPG reforms and also maintaining the economic regulations needed to avoid exploitation by foreign investors. Pakistan had nukes in Kargil 1999 and in Pulwama-Balakot 2019. Your understanding of this issue is very poor.

It seems you lack education in Economics, Basically we were following Russias closed economy policy before that, post 1991 we decided to allow the private sector to flourish, hence all the Multi National Corporations in India and the rise of our homegrown IT companies like TCS, Infosys etc.
