If somebody can win a fight while landing and evading punches they're gonna take that route. No Pacquiao said his shoulder was hurting since 2009 not that it was injured. Athletes put wear and tear on their body over time because of the punishment they put it through. For example Lebron ha suffered lower back pain for years. So basically what Pacquiao probably had was a slight tendon tear, and then when he ramped up his training he injured himself. Mayweather himself said he also had some physical issues before the fight himself. Most Athletes are always one bad movement away from injury, because their bodies are worn out on a daily basis.

Manny couldn't beat Floyd because Floyd runs the whole fight. He'll win on points, don't act like Mayweather would knock Manny out and dominate the fight. I don't care, at the end of the day Floyd can have his record because he hasn't put on more than a couple of fights where I've been entertained. He has good defense but he runs and shys away from actually fighting, so his record doesn't mean much to me. I'd much rather watch a guy with 30 wins and 5 losses knowing that he's going to mix it up and give me a good show while showing his skill.

Marylandpmb27 manny destroyed the people floyd fought lol it's not the same and he fought opponents he had a hard time against more than once (morales, barrera, marquez, bradley). floyd only gave a rematch to maidana and every other fight he's had against were people that were out of their primes. floyd cherry picked his way to 50, there's no excuses

Chris C they have two different fight styles. Manny is a ko artist and so was Floyd at the beginning of his career. If Floyd fought fighters out of their prime then so did Manny. If he knocked them out, he was supposed to by your logic. Go to bed kid and learn that it’s not about knockouts... Floyd made 49 fighters look basic including Manny

I'm tmt but i like when he said "bad company corrupt good character" i know Floyd ain't perfect I mean all of us are not but if you watch some of Floyd interview you will know his reasons for being the villain of boxing and he has his good trait as well and you can say he aint bad after all. I know he's still need a lot of improvement but nobody's perfect you know.
