He did shake Pacquiao's hand, only because Pacquiao greeted him as he walked by. However, look at his demeanor, he did not even look at Pacquiao. He perfunctorily shook his hand, and just passed him by without even exchanging any pleasantries. But with Kieth Thurman, he was warm and cordial. I guess we now know why Pacquiao was stripped of his title, even without any prior forewarning...look, I understand that a champion must defend his title...but we are in a global pandemic, where countries are on lockdown. It was hardly Pacquiao's fault. And in every administrative sanction (stripping the belt is an administrative sanction), it is basic to follow due process, and that is to give notice and chance for the individual to explain his side. Pacquiao was just stripped of his title without notice. It just shows his organization is biased against him.

Manny retired Spence by just showing how he practice Spence clearly lost by default. WBC and IBF should strip SPENCE of the title and award it to Pacquiao until such a time that Spence can fight again. It is not Manny's fault to be healthy.
