I agree - call outs should be mandatory, we've seen a couple questionable calls/tricks go down this year. Judges are doing their best though.

@@skate_oasis Yea, I don't think the calls are questionable with the rules like this though. For example, even though Julia was obviously trying to get her truck on the first one, she still landed nose - so without having to call it out its the right call from the judges. But I get your point

Or… you just have some sense of fairplay and call it yourself if its not the trick you were supposed to do

Tim kinda acts like he doesn't want to be there whereas his energy during the men's runs is super high. They have mens only judges for the mens comps, they shold go all women for the women's.

Just so everyone knows. Nowadays alot of people get really twisted w fakie vs switch. Here the correct formula to go by no matter what. If go by this then your never questioning nuthin & u can correct people & when u do they should appreciate it cause itll help them know the facts. I know lm sounding like the police but l feel its gotten to the point of acknowledgment cause so many people so often argue back n 4th about something thats very simple. 'Switch' is u. Only u. The direction your standing. As in goofy or reg. 'Fakie' is the board. As in tail or nose or front truck or back truck if double tail. No matter what if boards coming down tail 1st or goin up tail 1st as in your tail in forward movement then its fakie. Yes tail 1st is in revert too but the motion is still fakie. Revert is concerning the rotation. Basically if your traveling forward w your tail or back truck leading then youre riding fakie regardless what way youre standing. So fakie or regular is the nose or tail of the board. Determine it by the board & not the person

No. They got it correct. If they go into a trick switch than come in backwards it is then fakie.
