The interviewer should have basic idea what he should ask (why shaan didn't compose) while vineeth was explaining the interviewer about that he intervened that no need to speak about that now (if we listen carefully we can hear that - athu eppol parayanda). Vineeth is an excellent personality, that we have to learn from him a lot.
