we went to one builder as my father's friend he is genuine and good. he quoted 2400 sq.ft with substandard materials and put 18% GST on top of that. also he said it will take 12-18 months for 3 BHK which was a simple design. also, he quoted 1.5 lakhs for borewell. when we contacted 8 different borewell companies nearby, 3 of them ready to do in 30K. so we decided to construct the house by ourself.

Sir a answer to a question of silt area is also charged as other area, answer given by hire and build is totally NOT convincing he said we are giving electrial points and plumbing points for car wash and charging. In reality they are not building bathrooms kitchen and no walls no bath fittings no electrical swtiches , so they should be charging only 40% of the rate

many,even all, building contractors demand extra amont at the finishing stage. If not given , they leave it unfinished. Moreover no other contractor continues to make good the project. Finally the customer is the victim of this game.

Hi sir.. We are living in USA and we are going to purchased land worth 60 lac and the same bulider saying he will construct house.. Its like land with house.. Total amount 82 lac.. 22 lac for construction GF 1bhk.. 1st floor 2bhk He is very well known builder in that area. Has built many villas, apartments.. Infact we are in touch with him since last 1yr.. So we know him very well.. And we are taking loan from hdfc bank Is it okay if we are here or should we go there and construct house infront of us? He said he will construct within 6 to 7 months..

dear anchor, regarding the ending part of part 1 and the beginning of the part 2 where you explain about the discrepancy in thumbnail and complete video. once an individual takes the click bait from thumbnail and see the video you get view and your monitisation. so dont act naive by saying yes the thumbnail is just like that.. but we put entire details inside the video. so you prefer people to watch entire video. pal you should try this someplace else. you are outright driven by youtube's monitisaton algorithm nothing wrong in it., but learn to accept it instead of running away in middle ...stating naive reasons . also in part 1 you start the interview by stating that there might be some "tough" questions., most important rule of anchoring, if you are gonna be a devil's advocate do proper research or be prepared with a wide variety of insights to counter on the spot.
