Vrf maintainance is very costly compared to normal splits. This can be used for commercial uses not for residence.. maintaince charge is approx 4000 rs per Hp. Every half yearly maintenance should done. spare parts are costly. I will not recommend for below upper middle class.

Automatic off and temp reduction are available in non smart ACs .No need to go for smart AC for this provision. For Smart AC you need WIFI router at home mobile wifi does not work

சிலிண்டர் மாதிரி அவுட்டோர் யூனிட் இருந்தால் அருகில் உள்ள வீட்டுக்கு அனல் வீச்சு புகாமல் இருக்கும். அவுட்டோர் யூனிட் எந்த இடத்தில் (மேல் பகுதி or கீழ பகுதி) எவ்வளவு தூரத்தில் வைக்க வேண்டும்.
