One day in 1993, a guy gave me a trashed audio cassette with no writing on it. And it had this band on it, and it had this song on it. For a few years I was a fan of that music without even knowing what the band was. This song blew my mind with the screaming vocal melody. A couple years later I gave this cassette to a knowledgeable metalhead and he said it was Manowar. They've been one of my favorite bands ever since. And they never played that song live. Apparently that chorus is too difficult to sing live. But on the studio recording, it's probably the most powerful and soulful Eric Adams chorus ever. Incredibly epic. I recommend everyone to listen to the studio version of this song.

Even before he was caught...I hated his tone vibrato & his crappy rendition of Ross's solos. I like a few songs of that lineup but only because of Eric's vocals...Logan sux
