Prosecutor Oleksandr Hutsuliak and Judge Oleh Khrypun reside in the cottage community of “Vitagrad” in Khodosivka, just outside Kyiv. Some years ago, the land plots in “Vitagrad” were under investigation for unlawful land usage, leading to their temporary seizure. However, following a letter from the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, the seizure was lifted. Interestingly, one of the prosecutors involved, Oleksandr Hutsulyak, ended up moving to the same community.
