gari 10 min start ker k neeche se drain bolt kholna hota hai. Tab ja jab oil ana band ho jaye tab level full hota hai. Abhi ap ne overfill kia hua hai.

This is not correct procedure to check oil level and car should be start while checking the level, now oil will get low in your car when pump will suck the oil

The amount of oil you put in the transmission should be the same amount you drained out. You have to let the extra oil drain out. Need an expert to verify this though. Good video btw.

As on manual book of Toyota passo 5.8 L cvt oil is written but, our mechanic insert 4 L.

Full oil never come out, as the some oil stays in torque converter. While it dripped, it would have stopped after changing the gears and move some oil in other parts of transmission. Proper method is to fill to level first, then run the engine up to some temperature and gear changes, then fill it again until it drips again.

AoA Mansoor bhai ummed hai k aap theek hunge. mere pas toyota passo 2008 mod hai 1000cc. gari k head assembly aur gear box chage krweya hai. gari bager ac k to bht achi chal rai hai lekin jese ac on huta hai to gari bht load lene lag jati hai. bht sare ac walo ko check karweya hai compressor theek hai gass b puri hai thori speed me ati tu cooling fit hai bt slow me aur jub D gear me break press kare to ac k sath bht ziyada vibration karti hai aur acc kabi on aur kabi off hune lag jata hai... AC mitsubishi company ka hai. equip 100cc, D-1.67MPa Model MSC600. kindly koi solution bta dain ,,, i have wasted alot of money at ac repair shops

Ustad sahab jo nut aap nay khola oil filling walq us nut pay likha hota hay k konsa oil dalay ga.. Sub may aik jaisa oil nahi aata.. Cvt-fe and cvt-tc oil aatay hain... Or jitna oil gearbox say niklay utna hi dalna chahiye.. Or akhir may cvt calibration scanner say...

It will kill the gearbox instantly. No drive, no reverse, irreversible damage. Done that, bought a new gearbox.

Toyota says so. But it works without any calibration. Done that, car runs fine. However I used 2 gallons of CVT TC

@@ilamalihilustan22 Unless you notice a problem in driving, Toyota does not recommend changing the fluid or filter of either the K311 or K310 CVT transmission. Otherwise you're calling for trouble tampering with the tranny. I changed mine, only because I was inserting a new transmission

@@armgod1 I think every toyota CVT car manual recommends CVT fluid change after every 30,000 KMs. Toyota Corolla Axio uses K310 CVT (Manual available in Japanese)

@@ilamalihilustan22 Nope, I have the Axio manual and it doesn't say that on the CVT maintenance page. Axio X, G with the 1NZ-FE engine uses K310 tranny, Axio Luxel (2ZR-FE) uses K311 which has VSC and a dfferrent differential/drive shaft spline pattern. The K310 has PRNDSB pattern on the gear shift, whereas K311 has the PRNDM+/_ pattern. Majority of the axio CVT transmissions were recalled due to factory defects; they are very weak transmissions that can not tolerate any level of abuse. I have since moved to the manual ones.
