Bro as a car driver i can say squids on two wheelers are really shit. We ( car drivers) have to save them , they don’t care for their safety and get in the way of a car from left side(wrong side for overtaking)

@@Mantavya City limits basically ends where the road is open upfront, but if you were overtaking the it is the cars fault (That is what we see in this video) And also his speed should be less if it is an Adjoining road. (Which it is)
